Then when I do get time to relax, alone is the best way to do that. So I've poached a tip from a friend (all the best ones come that way!) and instituted a Sunday board game night. After a quick and early Sunday dinner, we're going to sit down together, no distractions, and play Cluedo, Monopoly, Scrabble (which I might actually win), cards, whatever. Everybody's keen ... But the first week it went off the rails because all the dice had gone missing and I got a bit cranky about that >:( .
