This is the story of a star called Twinkle. She is the shining star who was in the sky above Bethlehem on the first Christmas night when the baby was born in the manger, and she’s also found in many homes sitting atop the sparkling Christmas tree. Twinkle and her little stars use their magic to light up the night sky, waiting for daybreak when they can rest. In the second half of the book, Twinkle gets to meet Santa and visits him as he celebrates Christmas Day with his elves. Told in rhyming verse, this tale spreads a little of the enchanting magic of the Christmas season.
